• Account data such as email and authentication identifiers from Firebase Authentication.
• Operational telemetry generated by vehicle simulation and ingestion services.
• Vehicle attribute data (make/model/year and related decode fields) retrieved from NHTSA vPIC when users add VINs.
• Form submissions for demo and newsletter requests through Formspree endpoints configured by Vinsight.
• Usage analytics events for page views and product performance improvements.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide dashboard functionality, improve reliability, maintain account security, and troubleshoot service issues.

Google Sign-In Data Use

• When users sign in with Google, we request only basic profile identity (name, email address, and profile image if available).
• We use this data only to authenticate users, create or maintain account records, and display profile details inside the product.
• We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google user data beyond account sign-in identity.
• We do not sell Google user data, and users can request export or deletion of account data.

Third-Party Processors

• NHTSA vPIC API is used to decode user-provided VINs into vehicle details.
• Formspree is used to process lead forms, including demo requests and newsletter signups.

These providers process only the data required for their respective functionality.

Data Retention

Telemetry and account records are retained only as long as necessary for product operations, support, compliance, and auditing requirements.
