These terms govern use of Vinsight Technologies software, including dashboard access, analytics, and telemetry workflows.
Acceptable Use
- Use the platform only for lawful monitoring, simulation, and operational analysis.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
- Keep account credentials secure and report suspected compromise promptly.
Service Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and outages may occur.
Third-Party Services
Vinsight uses NHTSA vPIC for VIN decoding (vehicle make/model/year enrichment) and Formspree for processing website lead forms. By using VIN and lead-form features, you authorize these integrations for their intended purpose.
Liability
Vinsight is provided as-is. Use telemetry insights as decision support and validate critical operational actions independently.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended for violations of these terms or misuse of product infrastructure.
